Thought Leadership and Business Practices InitiativeGrowth Strategies and Planning for Mature BGAs and NextGen Leaders The 2019 Thought Leadership and Business Practices Initiative is a redefining of NAILBA’s value for Brokerage General Agencies (BGA). It is a platform developed to help mature BGAs and NextGen leaders overcome historical sticking points and navigate potential opportunities and threats. Scheduled for Friday, November 8, 2019, 11:20 AM to 12:15 PM at NAILBA 38, BGAs will gain deeper insights on operational, marketing and leadership practices. You will gain access to outside business consultants and strategies necessary for navigating today’s industry crossroads. Main stage presentations, broken into four (4) categories, will be delivered in a "TED Talk" style format. The program is being developed in collaboration with Tiffany Markarian of Advantus Marketing and is being sponsored by North American Life Insurance. The session will be introduced by NAILBA Member and Past Chairman (2007), John W. Felton IV, President of Tennessee Brokerage Agency. John will open this session by addressing the importance of Business and Advisor Metrics. The real benefit to any BGA principal or staff is gaining clarity on how to capture growth and executing your competitive advantages more distinctly. Thought Leadership for BGAsIn addition to our main stage “TED Talk” style presentations, attendees will be able to take a deeper dive into the addressed growth opportunities by attending Friday afternoon (11/8/19) workshops.
