Ms. Mancini oversees a team responsible for electronic order entry platforms, data feeds, illustrations, and commissions.

Brian Williams received his MBA from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. Mr. Williams joined FIG in 2007 as Chief Operating Officer and was named Co-CEO in November of 2019. His background spans compliance, technology, and operations.

Linda C. Levyne, SVP, Head of Sales and Distribution, John Hancock Insurance

Linda is responsible for oversight of all distribution of life insurance int he U.S. for John Hancock, providing leadership of the National Account,Regional Vice President and Sales Support teams that support all of JohnHancock’s distribution partners nationwide, including independent marketing organizations, producer groups and financial institutions. Prior to taking on this role, she led a team focused on the sales of John Hancock Vitalityacross all accounts and relationships and served as Term Champion, promoting the sales of term products and facilitating the use of technology solutions to streamline the sale and submission of all products.

Jerry Blair, Vice President, Chief Distribution Officer of Sammons® Financial Group’s Life Division
Blair oversee life sales distribution for SFG’s member companies,  Midland National Life Insurance Company® and North American Company for Life and Health Insurance®. Blair, who has been with SFG for the past 13 years, previously held the position of vice president and chief distribution officer for Midland National.

Kevin Brayton, Executive Vice President Distribution & Sales, Individual Life Insurance, Prudential
Kevin is responsible for the overall strategic vision for the company’s distribution, sales and business development efforts. In this role, Kevin has accountability for the firm’s distribution model, maximizing sales by expanding our reach and creating synergies across the channels. He joined Prudential in 2013 upon the acquisition of The Hartford’s Individual Life Division and served as the head of the Independent sales channel, which includes Brokerage General Agency (BGA) partners, Personal Producing General Agents (PPGAs) and industry-leading producer groups. Kevin has worked in the insurance and financial services business for more than 20 years.

Gary Sanginario, Senior Director, Analytics Product Management
Gary has over 33 years of insurance experience in the insurance industry, starting at The Equitable’s Group Life Strategic Management department. He moved into P&C Insurance, serving in Product Management and Pricing for The General, Royal & SunAlliance, AIG, & The Hanover Insurance Group.

Scott Marquis, SVP Life Underwriting, Life Insurance Administration, American National
Scott Marquis is the Senior Vice President of Life Underwriting at American National.  He has been in the underwriting industry for 30 years. His industry designations include: Fellow, Academy of Life Underwriting (FALU) and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI).  

Chris Behling, Chief Underwriter, US & Head of Underwriting, Swiss Re L&H
Chris Behling joined Swiss Re in April 2017 and leads strategy for the US Life & Health Division. In this role, Chris focuses on how Swiss Re can help insurance clients penetrate new markets and demographics with the goal of closing the $25 trillion coverage gap in the US. Prior to joining Swiss Re, Chris worked at AXA where he led National Accounts, Business Development, Specialty Markets and Sales Operations for AXA's US life business. This was a return to AXA, the company where he started his career in insurance. Prior to returning to AXA, Chris was the President of Mollen, a healthcare services company employing 25,000 nurses to deliver healthcare services nationwide. Chris was also a board member and Treasurer of The Population Health Association.

Marty Johnson, Vice President Life Underwriting, Mutual of Omaha
Johnson manages life insurance underwriting functions and is responsible for mortality results for Agency and Brokerage distributions. He joined Mutual of Omaha in 2009 as manager of Individual Life Underwriting and left in 2012 to serve as chief underwriter at Allstate Life Insurance Company in Lincoln. He rejoined Mutual as director of Individual Life Underwriting in 2013, and served in that role until his current promotion. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Michael "Slades" Sladek, National Sales Director, Mutual of Omaha Michael “Slades” Sladek is a national sales director with Mutual of Omaha. In his current role he is responsible for sales and marketing to industry leading NMOs and BGAs and managing a team of seasoned sales professionals. Slades has almost 30 years in the financial services industry. He is an accountant by training and started his career at KPMG Peat Marwick as a tax accountant in the late 1980s. Slades has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a double major in Economics from Northeastern Illinois University and received a Master’s of Science in Taxation from DePaul University.

John Gilbert, President, The National Benefit Corp.
John is the President for The National Benefit Corp (TNBC). John’s financial services career began in 2002 as an agent for Banker’s Life and Casualty. He served the central Iowa senior marketplace with life insurance, long term care, annuities, and Medicare supplements. John joined The National Benefit Corp. in 2004 as a marketing consultant specializing in annuity marketing. Gaining a strong knowledge of the brokerage world and the independent broker dealer community was a key to the early successes of the TNBC annuity department.

Richard Fetter, Chief Underwriter, Individual Market Segment, Securian Financial
As Director of UW for Individual Solutions, Rick is key for navigating for the business with our Chief Underwriter.  He is well versed on all of the current Covid-19 issues. In addition, he’s a key player for making our Automated Underwriting platform (WriteFit), best-in-class. A big part of Rick’s job and his accomplishments are centered on Underwriting Innovation so you can count him for fresh ideas and the ability to answer tough questions from the NAILBA community.

Kelly Stone, Vice President, Underwriting Operations, Protective Life
Kelly joined Protective in May, 2017. Prior to joining Protective she had been Vice President of Underwriting with AIG, where she had been since 2005. She has 27 years of individual life underwriting experience working with all distribution sources for multiple carrier companies. Her background includes underwriting management, training and large/complex case underwriting. She and her family relocated to the Nashville, TN area in 2014 where she works out of Protective’s Brentwood office.

Mark Crowe, AVP, Assistant Chief Underwriter, Pacific Life Insurance Company
Mark Crowe has over 20 years of experience in life insurance. Mark has over 20 years experience in various underwriting leadership roles, and will be responsible for establishing and monitoring underwriting strategy for our Broad Market. Joining Mark’s team will be Bruce Margolis and the medical and underwriting audit team, as well as Steve Ward and Jill Torrence. While Mark will work remotely from his home in Fort Mill, SC, he will spend significant time in our Lynchburg office. Mark received his B.S. in Botany from Eastern Illinois University. He started his career at First Penn-Pacific. He most recently worked for MassMutual as the Quality Audit Director. Mark has his FLMI and FALU. 

Andrew Michie, Chief Financial Officer, OneAmerica Financial Partners
Andrew Michie serves as chief financial officer, leading Corporate Finance, Investments, Actuarial, Risk Management and Vendor Management. He is a member of the OneAmerica Executive Council, chairs the Enterprise Operations Committee and leads Corporate Development. He has played key roles in the creation of strategic financial plans, the evaluation and execution of business acquisitions, and the discipline associated with our process for evaluating major business projects. Andrew joined OneAmerica in 2012.

Brian Doyle, President, Founder, & CEO, CareValue, Inc
Brian Doyle has been involved in insurance since 1996, he is the founder and CEO of Care Value, Inc (CareValue), a national Field Marketing Organization (FMO) and technology company. His passion is creating proprietary technology solutions that help agencies and independent brokers scale their individual or group businesses and better service their clients.
