Call for Workshop Presentations
NAILBA is accepting for review and consideration workshop abstracts to be presented at NAILBA 38, November 7-8, 2019 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center.
Required for All Workshop Presenters:
Workshop Logistics:
- Workshop Length: 60 minutes (50 min Presentation, 10 min Q&A)
- Workshop Room Setup: Crescent rounds, riser (if applicable), projection screen, projector, podium, lavalier microphone and laptop. An appropriate number of table mics will be available for panel discussions.
- Professional Development Credits: Workshops will be accredited for professional development credit (CFP credits and general accreditation from The American College for a variety of designations). Additional information may be required.
Terms
- Please submit one (1) form per topic, limit of 3 maximum submissions per speaker.
- Travel or hotel accommodations may be considered on case by case basis.
- Complimentary meeting registration is included.
- Speakers must be available to travel to Texas between November 6-8, 2019 if chosen to present/speak.
- Presentations that have not been offered elsewhere will be given greater consideration.
- Suppliers to industry will be considered but they must be an exhibitor or sponsor at #NAILBA38. See above requirements.
- Speakers must submit their final presentations at least six (6) weeks prior to the meeting.
- Speakers must provide bios and photos for the NAILBA Annual Meeting mobile app at least six (6) weeks prior to the meeting. Photos should be a JPEG file, 300 dpi resolution, if possible.
- Speakers waive all rights to photography taken onsite by the official #NAILBA38 Annual Meeting photographer.
- Workshops are recorded for later viewing through NAILBA University & Playback NAILBA. Speakers waive all rights to recording by the official NAILBA production company.
- Some workshops will be repeated, thus requiring speakers to stay an extra day or repeat their sessions in the afternoon.
- Selected speakers will be notified by Friday, August 2, 2019.
